Like a lot of these guys he's a brilliant dreamer who schemes big and has failed to deliver, learned a lot of his former employer Bill Birnie......I guess he has cost investors, banks other lenders and their investors between $50 and $100m, islands in Fiji, unsettled forests north of Auckland and farm park subdivisions in the Bay of Islands all of which amounted to nothing.
